k<os vs gameover developed a style of live video performance based on 'video concrete', in which video moves from the figurative to the abstract and back again. Often heavily layered with many graphic styles, and employing both video, digital stills and animation these elements were combined using custom vj software to produce a unique aesthetic. Literally playing hundreds of gigs during their collobaration, k<os vs gameover worked with dj's, live electronic musicians and live bands in a variety of venues around Australia.

These included various regular performances for First Floor (weekly residency & visual bookings), the Melbourne Festival, the Melbourne International Animation Festival, Electundra, Big Day Out 2005, Terriarki Anarki Saki (monthly residency), Velure (including EP & CD Launches, SBS Whatever Music Sessions, Frigid, Melbourne Fringe Festival Awards Night, Melbourne City Council NYE 2003), Flounder, Club Elektronisch (2002 Fringe), Vision 2002 (Linden Gallery – St Kilda Film Festival), Meccanoid, BodySlam, TrancePlant, Ishtar, GammaSpace, Clan Analogue (various), ROOM 680, 7chills@ Plummet #6 (Fringe Festival) – 7 minute original A/V performance, BionikWorld, Offcuts, 2003 Beat Xmas Party, Midsummer Festival Launch Party (ACMI).
